Established Integral Technology Co., Ltd. in 2007 with main business in development and sales of CAE software for designers in various industries.

Company Philosophy

In the modern industrial world, time and quality management of new design is a vital issue nowadays. After the proliferation of Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) in industrial world to potentially replace experimental testing, there has been an increasing demand for better accuracy and higher efficiency in simulation. On the other hand, manufacturers have to face the change of market trends into a high-mix low-volume production, which will bring more challenges to the design team. Under these circumstances, the use of digital/virtual simulation with new innovations becomes unavoidable in the future.

Our company that based in Osaka, can help to improve efficiency in mesh generation / CAE simulation modeling. We endevour to develop software that automatically handle assembly models, recognize 3D shape/features, and control meshes based on geometry features. Our company offers a wide range of products, i.e. automatic shell meshing for body-in-white (BIW) used in crash analysis, high-quality solid mesh generation system for powertrains used in NVH analysis, automatic mid-mesh generation system for resin products, and 3D object recognition technology for automatic searching/assembling of CAE models. To generate high-quality mesh, the conventional way requires human resources to manually check/modify errorneous mesh. In the same way, our products can be used to automatically recognize shape/features, generate mesh, and modify bad-quality mesh, where modeling time and manual work for virtual simulation can be minimized tremendously.

In the fiercely competitive environment of technology development, we aim to put more efforts on R&D and strengthen our partnership with American/European software companies to provide the best quality products for our customers. To serve our clients in product manufacturing, we will work closely with our customers by using what they have and create what they do not have, to bring up new innovation/technology that can be useful to meet their demands.
